1. Service Overview

WPCharger provides subscription-based WordPress support, development, and management for existing websites. Each plan includes a set number of monthly tasks, limited to a maximum of 45 minutes per task. Services are available on a month-to-month basis.

We do not offer new website builds, migrations, or replatforming services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Only one website is supported per subscription plan unless otherwise approved in writing.

2. Payment & Billing

Plans are billed automatically each month via Stripe.
All plans renew monthly unless canceled.
No free trials are offered.
Refunds can be requested within 7 days of initial purchase.
All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

3. Task Submissions

Tasks must be submitted through our online portal.
Tasks must fall within the defined scope of service and time limits.
WPCharger reserves the right to decline any task that exceeds the time limit, is outside our scope, or poses a security, legal, or technical risk.
Clients will be notified if a task cannot be completed under their current plan.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service, clients must:
– Provide timely access to their WordPress admin dashboard and hosting environment
– Maintain reasonably stable hosting and properly licensed plugins/themes
– Respond to communication as needed to complete tasks

WPCharger is not responsible for delays caused by missing access credentials, third-party services, or lack of timely client response.

5. Plan Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time by contacting us at support@wpcharger.io.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for unused tasks.
Plan pausing is not currently offered.

6. Emergency & Error Support

Emergency issues may be reported via email to support@wpcharger.io.
Email is monitored daily, including weekends, approximately every 4 hours during business hours.
All plans include free error repair (up to 1 hour per incident). Custom plugins, themes, and other software are not covered for free.
Errors requiring more than 1 hour will be quoted separately.
If the error was caused by WPCharger, it will be fully resolved at no charge.
We make no guarantee of emergency issue resolution time but will respond promptly within our monitoring window.

7. Out-of-Scope Work and Hourly Billing

Tasks or projects that fall outside the scope of your plan (such as major redesigns, complex integrations, or projects exceeding standard task time limits) will be quoted separately.

If the Client requests out-of-scope work and elects to proceed without a formal project quote, billing will occur at a standard rate of $150 USD per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

All hourly work must be pre-approved in writing by the Client before work begins.

8. Limitation of Liability

WPCharger is not liable for:
– Site downtime, performance issues, or loss of revenue
– Plugin, theme, or third-party service failures
– Hacks, security breaches, or data loss
– Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services
